The use of the software is at one’s own risk and the user is therefore strongly advised to validate all results by independent means. In addition, it is emphasized that the software for structural analysis may only be used by trained professionals and does not replace the judgment of a qualified engineer.

The user agrees absolutely with these terms of use when downloading, copying, installing or using the software. The authors and the provider will in no way be held responsible for any kind of damage that could be caused by using one of the software modules by the user.

Our software has been tested carefully and we hope to have tracked and eliminated all cases that could cause any problems. However, it is almost impossible to discover all sources of error or to test all hardware configurations. In case you have any problems arising from the use of our software or in case you discover any programming errors please let us know immediately!
